Bank managers advising the government on the sale of Alitalia were to discuss the failing airline's recovery plan Wednesday with Air

France-KLM, Italian news reports said.

アリタリアはいまだに、救済の合併を模索している。

以前も書いたけどどこの航空会社もアリタリア航空の買収に

手をだすことに躊躇しております。

この話は4月26日にかいているのだけど

まだ話がすすんでいないとは相当買収しずらい要素が

溢れているのでしょう。

エアーフランス-KLM航空だけでなく

１６もの他の投資家が参加し、新しい会社をつくって

再建をめざしていくものらしい。

しかし、ここまでトラブル合併話。

すでに欧州路線をもっている両航空会社の戦略的なメリット、

原油高への対応、路線の効率化などの

費用対効果の是非をみても、あまり相乗効果をうまなそーなきがする今日この頃。
