フィンランドMBA；１００年単位での運用：ノルウェー政府年金基金
先日かいた100年単位で運用している
前回分；
ノルウェーってかなり石油とれるんすよ
前回も少しかきましたが
ガイドラインをみていて、かなり世界中の
マーケットに対して影響力をもっています。
っというのも、特に場所にかかわらず
"広く浅く"投資先を検討しているから。
基金の投資先としては
世代またその次の世代を考慮し、
リスクを避け多企業に投資することを重要視している。
債権、株式の投資先の半分強は欧州、
残りがアメリカ、アジア、オーストラリア、
しているみたい。
さて、この投資先基準は本当に実行されているのか
疑問になるところ。
つい最近、いい事例がでてきた。

運用ガイドラインの基準にみたなかった世界規模の
スーパーマーケット：Wal-Mart（ウォルマート）のストックを手放した模様。
The huge fund that's meant to preserve Norway's oil wealth for future generations is pulling out of shares
that don't meet the government's ethical standards. Among them is the Wal-Mart discount store chain.
世界中に店舗をもつ、巨大企業だ。
年間の売り上げはすでに＄300 billion くらいとのこと
US-based Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer with revenues of nearly USD 300 billion,
has been harshly criticized for its labour practices.
そんなすさまじい影響力をもったストック（株式）を
運用ガイドラインにあわないからといって
きっぱり手放してしまうのだ。
もちろん、ウォルマート側も困るだろう。
というのも、100年単位で運用している
ノルウェー政府年金基金が売却するといったらウォルマートのマーケットでの
信頼にも大きなダメージをあたえるからだ。
Norway's disinvestment procedures gives Norges Bank two months
to disinvest from a company before a decision on exclusion is made public.
It sold off about NOK 2.5 billion worth of Wal-Mart stock and NOK 116 million worth of Freeport stock
by the end of May.
決定した要因は”systematic violations of human rights and labour rights"
とされている。
人権や労働の権利について
すごく敏感なガイドラインだからだ。
Halvorsen's finance ministry officials cited
"serious" and "systematic violations of human rights and labour rights"
as its reason for pulling out of its Wal-Mart investments.
